We will take care of your various needs by taking advantage of the strengths of the parent company,
product variety and agility special to a company of Nittobo Group.
SOYO Co., Ltd. is the trading company that specializes in a wide range of industrial materials,
especially in state of the art materials such as glass fiber.
In 2017, we celebrated the 70th anniversary of our establishment.
We deal in a wide range of fiber reinforced plastic (FRP & FRTP) molded products and their raw materials,
including Nitto Boseki's glass fiber products,
and are highly evaluated in the industry as a molded products expert.

In collaboration with the Nittobo's glass fiber division,
we conduct sales activities based in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya.
We are also familiar with import and export,
and able to take care of customer's needs internationally.

History
- 1947
- Established as SOYO Trading Co., Ltd.
Started dealing in glass fiber and glass wool. - 1965
- Started dealing in PCB / CCL / FRP products.
- 1975
- Reorganized the capital structure to become Nitto Boseki 60% and Hitachi Kasei 40%.
- 1978

Established two wholly owned subsidiaries for the purpose of specializing and streamlining sales in response to market needs.
Kansai SOYO Co., Ltd.: Expanding sales in the Kansai area.
Shinwa Denzai Co., Ltd.: Specializing in the sale of electronic device-related materials. - 1997
- Changed to the current company name: SOYO Trading Co., Ltd. → SOYO Co., Ltd.
- 2002
- Merged with Kansai Soyo Co., Ltd.
- 2020
- "Hitachi Kasei Co., Ltd." changed its trade name to "Showa Denko Materials Co., Ltd."
- 2022
- Reorganized the capital structure to become Nitto Boseki 100%.
